We want you to be completely satisfied with your Atlas Apparel purchase. If something is not right, we’ll help you get it sorted.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
